What is XSeers

XSeers is an on-chain prediction market: you bet on how something will turn out, putting real money on an outcome, and once the result is in you claim or get refunded according to the rules.

ConceptHow to think about it
EventA prediction question you can take part in, e.g. the result of a match or whether a condition happens
OutcomeA specific option for that event, e.g. Yes / No or candidate A / B
Token poolThis event uses USDT on BNB Chain (BSC) for betting and settlement
PositionThe bet you’ve already placed in an event
SharesYour “weight” on an outcome; if it wins, the money is split by shares. It is not a fixed-face-value ticket you can cash in anytime

What is the price on the page, and why does it keep changing

Section titled “What is the price on the page, and why does it keep changing”

Every outcome has a price between 0% and 100%, and all outcomes in an event add up to exactly 100%. You can read it as how favored this outcome currently is.

The price isn’t fixed by the platform — it’s driven by buying and selling:

  • Whichever outcome you buy, its price goes up and the others go down.
  • The more you buy, and the less money the pool has, the more the price is pushed.
  • Buying when the price is low (when people aren’t optimistic) gets you more shares for the same money, so you receive more if you’re right; buying when the price is high gets you fewer shares.

So the page price keeps changing as people bet — it’s a live market, not fixed odds.

The biggest difference between XSeers and a traditional “fixed-odds lottery”

Section titled “The biggest difference between XSeers and a traditional “fixed-odds lottery””
  • The price on the page reflects how people see things, but it is not a winning probability handed to you by the platform.
  • What you buy is shares plus some refundable principal, not a fixed-face-value redemption ticket.
  • An event ending doesn’t mean you can claim right away — it usually depends on whether the result is out, whether there’s a dispute window, and whether it goes to refund.
